Responsibilities

Handle internal and external calls, emails, and enquiries as the principal point of contact.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Help create and distribute internal memos, notices, and other official messages.
Keep contact lists and databases current.
Format, edit, and create reports and presentations.
Organise and manage physical and electronic records.
Help create and implement document control procedures.
Manage document dissemination and retrieval per production requirements.
Help purchasing, sales, production, and HR with administrative tasks.
Help with purchase orders, invoices, and other financial papers.
If needed, arrange employee travel and lodging.
Manage office supply and equipment inventory.
Job Needs

High school diploma or equivalent.
Work experience: 1?3 years.
Experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent.
Skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Strong time and organisation skills.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Good verbal and written communication.
Effective multitasking and prioritisation.
Excellent people skills and customer service orientation.
