Call Centre Care Co-ordinator (HMO Nurse)
Description of Job
Receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails from enrollees, providers, and stakeholders.
Document enrollee data in a suitable format.
Generate care authorization codes for providers and enrollees.
Address Centre-directed customer complaints.
Vet claims according tariff, regulatory, and company norms.
Negotiate enrollee care costs.
Inform customers about products and services
Qualifications and Experience
Required: – Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing – Nursing Council certificate – Microsoft Office proficiency
Health, management, or related body membership Not specified application closing date for completed NYSC.
