Worker Description

Our company is looking for a motivated business support and customer service officer with strong communication skills and work ethic.
As a Customer Service/Front Desk Officer, you will assist clients and answer their questions. Also, be a good note-taker, adaptive, and hopeful.
A National Diploma in any field is preferred, but other qualifications are welcome.
The applicant must also know office equipment. Previous office or contact centre experience is a plus.
The candidate must also address first and second-level issues and advise customers on all requests and incidents. You’ll work as ‘One Team’ with the Operations and Technology Development teams to provide our valued clients with a great experience.
You’ll Do

Market research to find new business.
Providing product development and competitive positioning intelligence.
Call and customer service management.
Acquiring new clients through sales leads.
To resolve customer issues, provide timely solutions and alternatives and follow up.
Process customer accounts, record conversations, and file paperwork.
Open and participatory communication builds confidence and reliability with consumer accounts.
Provide accurate, valid, and full information using the correct tools.
Based on client data and wants, suggest products and services to management.
Be extra to engage customers.
Correctly records consumer data
Makes and keeps service reports.
Track sales invoices and customer inquiries
Analysing client input to determine product and service satisfaction.
You Are

SSCE; further credentials are welcome.
Proof of front desk, agent, or related experience
Computer, printer, and office equipment understanding
Basic bookkeeping and office management
Oral and written English pro
Skills in all Microsoft Office programmes.
Good people and communication abilities
Good organisation and multitasking
Ability to solve issues
