Job Responsibilities
Manage emails, information, and other messages; answer when possible; prioritise MD-related ones.
Maintain MD’s calendar, recurring tasks, appointments, meeting agendas, and action points.
As ?follow-up Manager? for the Board and Senior Leadership Team, execute a wide variety of agreed tasks.
Enter notes, emails, presentations, and reports; distribute and store information.
Book travel and lodging as needed.
Notes and action points from Senior Leadership Team meetings, off-site quarterly days, and other strategic meetings
Annual audits and accreditations for ISO, H&S, and FSC systems
Maintain RPMs, admin systems, databases, and servers.
Work well with clients, personnel, and suppliers.
Managing client relationships well
On-time and excellent client satisfaction

HND/BSc in HR/BA/OMF or comparable administrative field 4-5 years experience as EA/PA for C-Level executives, expatriate experience a plus.
Ability to work independently and organise self and others
Guarantee secrecy, be diplomatic, and tactful
Use skilful verbal and nonverbal communication to convince.
Prioritise corporate priorities and functions to satisfy clients and stakeholders.
Manage conflicting priorities and stay calm under pressure
Proficient with typical Microsoft apps
Capacity to accurately capture complex meeting minutes
Responsible for the task
Great communication and interpersonal abilities at all levels
Effective time and workload management.
