Job Description
- Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales target in all territories by increasing the consumer base, ensuring sales volume is at its maximum.
- Keep current with the demand and supply of the company’s products/services, economic indicators, changing trends, and competitors.
- Ensure that all the key marketing projects and activities are implemented effectively.
- Ensure timely reporting systems for the team through the ERP system.
- Attract, retain, and train quality manpower for effective delivery.
Requirements and Qualification
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc, HND in any discipline.
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience with pharmaceutical products and services is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English and local dialects.
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills are important.
