Role Information

Associate Sales Account Management will be responsible for volume and value sales in a territory/area.
The distributor sales team will be trained and managed by the sales manager in 5 Nigerian states and 10 key cities.

Reports to Associate Manager Sales Account Management.
They will manage an average team of 70 people, including 3rd party and distributor sales teams, across sales channels.
Responsibilities

Be responsible for Territory/Area Sales Volume and Value.
Receivables Collectional
Wholesaler/Sub Distributor Recruitment
Grow distribution infrastructure and implement Route to Market.
Drive Coverage and Distribution
Give numbers and gain shares
Retraining Distributors Sales team
Ensure trade assistance matches sales and marketing by geography.
Experience Your Bringing:

3-5 years in FMCG
Know, comprehend, and practise DP scheme/modern route to market and brand awareness in trade and instore
Must be a bachelor
Computer expertise

2.) Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Lagos

Overview

This role leads site Quality Management to ensure products meet standards and provides technical information to manufacturing, sales, and marketing management on equipment, processes, procedures, etc. to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
Main duties

Lead the DQM by implementing global standards.
Quality tools eliminate flaws and foster a zero-defect plant floor.
Any SCJ Kenya initiative that may affect product quality should use quality tools and methods.
The local Steering Committee’s Quality leader drives the Quality agenda and addresses KPIs to improve Quality and site performance.
Training quality and onsite staff on laboratory equipment or in-line operations ensures high-quality product leaves the production.
Owner for monitoring non-conformances following Global Procedures to match with Cluster Quality Manager.
Housekeeping and cleanliness in QC labs, manufacturing, and other facilities
Maintain a critical mindset and recommend changes to present processes and procedures. Laboratory instrument identification in analytical procedures
Examine all consumer and customer concerns and take action.
Keep track of packaging, raw materials, and finished product specs and review them as needed.
Audit third-party contractor production to guarantee standards compliance and offer system enhancements.
In agreement with the Cluster Quality Engineering Manager, conduct SQA audits of raw and packaging material vendors and maintain GMP requirements in the manufacturing area and facility.
Manage site quality KPIs and update global database monthly using Integrated Management System (IMS).

Make sure the IMS meets site ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO45001 criteria.
Inform site leadership of IMS performance and improvement opportunities.
Ensure process/department delivers desired output, promote customer focus, and maintain IMS integrity during modifications.
Provide monthly IMS objective performance.
Management meetings and internal audits should examine the IMS periodically.
Requirements
You’ll bring experience:

A minimum Second-Class Reduced B.S. or Credit Chemistry, Chemical Engineering HND (Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry prefered)
Chemical lab experience
Experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG
GC and FTIR are required.
Computer-savvy
